Felicity Update

Little Miss Felis is a fireball these days.  She climbs on everything and has learned to move chairs to climb up to anything she wants-cupboards, fridge, bathroom sink-anything.  And, she has a strong opinion about everything, especially when being removed from one of the previous mentioned climbing spots.  It's exhausting.  She loves all food, and has finally started to increase her vocabulary a bit (num-num=food, Lada=dada, de-de=Tanner and Hunter, dar-di-ty=charity, side=outside, baw=bottle).  As hard as I try, her hair is always a mess.  Felicity looks forward to Sundays so she can go to nursery and play bu-bu (bubbles).  The highlight of her day is jumping on the trampoline, seeing a baby, and hearing "ruff-ruffs" barking, as long as they don't get too close!  She loves giving sweet kisses and tight hugs.  Charity is her hero as she tries to do everything just like her big sis.  Sleeping through the night is FINALLY more common than not, and she still takes nice long naps most days.  We love this little cutie and can't get enough of those cheeks.

Hoppy Easter!

Easter, Conference, and April Fools all rolled into one day this year!  We had my family over for Easter dinner and egg hunts.  It was fun seeing everyone!

Getting Ready to find eggs...

What? Today there is candy in these eggs I've been playing with all year?  Awesome!

 Counting up their loot...

It was a nice day and always fun to see family!

King Tut

The King Tut Exhibit at the CA Science Center was really neat!

We started with the IMAX movie about pyramids...

And loved the elaborate exhibit!  Wish we could've seen the face mask and/or mummy, but it was still cool and we learned so much!  We were impressed with the tiny intricacies and details in all of the amazing furniture and artwork found in the tomb, and how well its been preserved after thousands of years.

Hanging with friends...

 Celebrating birthdays...

Learning about Palm Sunday...

We are so GRATEFUL for time with Good FRIENDS!

And so sad when they have to go back home to faraway Utah!

Genghis Khan at the Reagan Library

Christensen were in town at the end of March.  Yay!  That means lots of field trips all smashed together!

We toured the Genghis Khan Exhibit at the Regan Library...

It was a pretty cool exhibit. Our favorite part was the live Cambodian dancer and musician.

And, of course, you can never go wrong spending at day at this Patriotic promoting library!

The Regan Library is always a fun day and worth the drive!
