Busy Weekends

February has been busy, busy around here.  Every weekend is packed!

Charity got to cheer with her cousin Peri at a basketball game. So cute!  They did a little dance at halftime that Charity did her best to try to keep up with all the big girls.  It was so cute and I am glad Charity had a chance to be a "Little Eagle"with Peri before she goes off to college this summer!

Hunter got to visit the Rains Historical House with the Bears.  It looks like they had a good time!

While he was at the field trip, Tanner, Grandma, and I trekked down to Fallbrook for a gymnastics meet.  It was a Star Wars theme, so that was pretty exciting!
His first event, which was pommel and usually one of his best, he fell.  He has never done that in competition, but he still ended with a smile and did really well on his other events.
In Fact, he even scored his highest score ever on Parallel Bars!

Even with the fall, he placed First All Around in his age division! It was a fun meet and nice not to have the little ones with!

While all this was going on, Charity got to play at Jayme's house and hang out with their birds...

On Sunday, we went to see Lyla Joy get blessed.  What a cutie!  She has the biggest cheeks and eyes on any baby I have ever seen!

Cute Twin Nieces...

Cute girls!  We need Peri and Lyla to make the picture complete!
Jumping on the trampoline makes for static hair!

Their cousins, identical cousins!  Carson came over to play and these boys were twins!  Think alike and dress alike I guess!

Charity has been so into Valentine's this year.  Here she is making cards, which she spent a lot of time doing...

The weekend of Valentines, the kids were at my mom's because my house was taken over with some of my favorite people working on our school plans for next year.  But, on Valentine's morning, they woke up to little Valentine's surprises.  Nothing shows love more than lightsabers!

Charity had been planning this Valentine's party all week so last minute I texted all the siblings that live near us and invited their families over for dessert on Valentine's night.  Everyone came, which made for quite a party!

I am learning you can turn this delicious no bake, no yucky stuff added, cookie recipe into whatever shape you need it to be!

Charity wishes all of you bloggers a Happy Valentine's Day!
