We are finishing our study of the Baroque time period. We focused on Isaac Newton, Johann Sebastian Bach, and Rembrant van Rijn. Here are pictures of some of the kids artwork. It was fun learning about Holland and painting windmills and tulips in honor of Rembrandt. Another highlight for me was interviewing Grandma Hoyal about her elusive organ career as we learned about Bach and his amazing organ music. I hope my kids are learning as much as I am this year. I am starting to feel somewhat cultured now...
