Getaway

Ladd had to work in Fresno last week, so I went with him!  We went to the adorable little Fresno temple.  On our drive home, we took the long way back and went along the coast.  We stopped at Hearst Castle.  It was very expensive, and very gaudy.  I probably won't go back.  But, it was interesting and the pools were really cool.  Even though the outdoor pool was drained while we were there.  :(

We went to the Griffith Observatory on our way through LA.  I love that place and it was fun to go without kids.  We saw 2! of the planetarium shows!  It was a fun little getaway!
