A Four Year Old in the House!

Charity turned 4 last week!  We kept the celebrations simple and fun!  Invite cousins over to swim at Grandmas and bring cake and ice cream!  Perfect!

Charity wanted a Belle cake, which is weird because she had never even seen Beauty and the Beast, nor does she particularly like the color yellow, but that's what she got!  Since all the little girl parties she has been too are dress-up princess parties, she thought she needed a Belle dress for the occasion.  Grandma got right on it and made this darling Belle dress from leftover Bridesmaid fabric from my wedding!  So cute!  She felt like a real princess!

That night we took her to Rainforest Cafe for a family birthday dinner...

 Now that she is four, and thanks to a wonderful swim teacher, cousin Peri, Charity is a swimmer!  She loves the water and I have to keep a close eye on her as she will try to keep up with older cousins in the pool.  Deep end, diving board, whatever-she's there!

 Charity is a sweet, fun-loving, adventurous girl.  We love her so much and are so glad she is part of our family.  She makes us laugh everyday.  She is a cuddle bug and loves ALL her toys and plays constantly.  Charity fears nothing and wants to stay little forever-I wish she could!  Happy Birthday sweet girl!
