The week of Halloween, Charity had a "Parent Day" at dance where they showed us what they do in class every week, and then did a cute little performance to Monster Mash. She did much better doing the choreography than she did last year. She went dressed as a cheetah, although she kept bringing me costume pieces that were bothering her during her class so what you see is the skeleton of the costume!
We have been so busy with moving that Halloween kind of took a back seat at our house this year. Finally, on Halloween morning we made it to the store to get our pumpkins. It took four stores, but we finally found some!
We found, designed, gutted, and carved the pumpkins all within about an hour! The kids each made a pumpkin to match their costumes!
Creeper and Princess Pumpkin...
And Crazy Pumpkin...
We did get costumes thrown together too!
Charity wore her beautiful Belle dress that my mom had made her for her birthday...
Tanner wanted to be a crazy guy. I think this worked...
And thanks to my mom, Hunter had his Creeper outfit...
I even felt well enough to throw together a witch outfit!
Our "new neighbors", but long time friends, invited us over for a little party and then to go trick or treating with this fun bunch...
We ended up having a great Halloween with friends!
Happy Halloween!
