We have been officially living at our new house for 2 weeks. It's still a bit chaotic, but coming together. While we were at Heidi's, we were surprised to find out baby #4 is on her way! We are excited to have another cute little baby in our family! She is due the same week Tanner turns 13, so we will have a teenager and newborn at the same time! Wow! I had a hard time getting pregnant with Hunter and Charity, so we figured we were done trying for babies now that we had 3 beautiful children, but our plans aren't always the same as the Lord's! He blessed us with another one and we can't wait to meet her! Anyways, I haven't been feeling super great and my energy levels are not as high as usual so the whole moving process is taking a little longer than I hoped! But we are getting there!
Here are a few things that we did while staying at Grandma's and Grandpa's…
Lots of swimming! And I am happy to say Charity is fairly water safe now!
We drove a lot! Mutual, scouts, gymnastics, piano, etc, etc. Everything was still out in Fontana, a good 15 minutes from Heidi's! It doesn't sound like much, but when you are doing it sometimes twice a day, it gets old! One thing we drove to, was this pack meeting. Hunter earned his Wolf award and the same night our nephew Brayden got his Arrow of Light. So proud of both these boys!
It was nice having Grandma around to help with piano. She is an expert on the piano and helped the boys a lot as they were practicing!
It was also nice spending lots of time with cousins! When you live with Grandma, you get to see everyone who comes to visit her! Hunter was especially happy to have cute little Addy around so much!
Playing Rupunzel on Grandma's staircase...
Running around the awesome backyard making up all sorts of games...
Going to Angels games with Grandma Dog...
and bringing treats home for a spoiled sister...
Daddy Dates to Disneyland...
Getting hairdo's from Heidi...
Hiking through the wilderness behind Grandma's house...
Cosmo golfing with dad...
Hiking in that some wilderness with cousins...
All the meanwhile, trying to do figure out stuff like this…
Painting, new tile, new carpet!
The boys were happy to get their first Lego set built in the new house...
And I was happy to finally get our furniture moved in!!
So, I am really hoping this will be our last move for at least 20 years. It is so much work! But we are still glad we did it as we love our new house and also glad we got to spend some extra time at Grandma's and Grandpa's who we love so much!!
