Take Steps Pasadena 2017

We participated in the Take Steps Walk for Crohns and Colitis again this year.  This summer, the walk's director called and asked if Tanner would like to be the "Honored Hero" at this years event.  He felt honored to receive this recognition!  

We felt so blessed by the outpouring of love and support we received this year!  Team Tanner raised over $3,000 and there were more than 50 people that showed up to walk with us.  Since he was the Honored hero, Tanner gave a speech at the event.  Here is a link to the Speech.  As expected, he did an excellent job.  It was a great day and I hope Tanner felt the love and support from so many people!

At the end of the Speech, he called up all the patients that were in attendance so we could cheer for all of the IBD Hero's.  It was very touching.

We finished off the day with dinner with my cousin Brenda and her family-who made it a little late to the event.  It was a great day and very memorable!
