Let it Snow!

Last year, we went to Big Bear to play in the snow and Tanner has not stopped talking about it since. So, we decided we needed to go again this winter. Ladd's parents have a cabin there so we stayed the night and had so much fun. We chose the perfect weekend to go! Lots of snow, but beautiful sunny skies. Tanner had a blast! Last year making snowmen and snow angels were top on his list. This year he was all about finding the highest hill to slide down and going as fast as he could! He didn't stop long enough to make any kind of snow person! He really is all boy! We took him on the alpine slide, which he liked better when Dad took him down because "Dad goes faster than Mommy". Ladd and Tanner spent a long time hiking and sledding in the snow while Hunter and I stayed warm inside. Hunter wasn't too fond of getting bundled up and then falling in the snow. It was so nice to get away and have some fun family time! And at the end, everyone was totally worn out!

So cute! Tanner looks like he is in heaven! I love the boys all bundled up in their car seats. What a fun family weekend!

My boys love snow mountains too. The snow plow always makes huge mountains of snow from clearing the parking lot for the boys to play on. With their new snow pants they can stay out there forever playing on that thing. Well, it's actually 5 degrees right now, so maybe on a warmer day. I added you as a link. I'm so glad you are blogging. You need to get the rest of the Hoyal clan on the blog wagon.
